Either they were lumpy, claggy or watery - this is due to manufacturers having to fit recipes to their existing traditional production processes along with their use of flours, starches, yeasts and seed oils to cheat flavour and reduce cost. SPRING Bone Broth x Soup is hand blended to super smoothie texture in micro-batches. Not in an automated sealed unit blender - this avoids overworking and gives a consistent finish to every batch. This along with the grass fed tallow and schmaltz (rendered beef and chicken fat) instead of inflammatory seed oils gives you a texture somewhere between soft serve ice cream (if it were hot!) and a fruit smoothie.
