after party vibes at @dialledin_ festival Sep 2022 🔊🔊🔊 ••• This set was special because it’s *my* kinda set ~ I don’t play genres, I play energy ~ cross-cultural curiosity reflective of my own origins as well as upbringing, & my travels around the world. Sep 2021 I opened this same stage (playing to the vibiest early birds might I add) & March 2022 I joined the @dialledin_ team, making use of my curatorial, storytelling & marketing skills to help execute 5 major shows across the spring/summer szn. While I knew I was doing this because I care about my identity & community so much, I didn’t anticipate that I’d make new friends 🥹 So, to come full circle and play a) the same stage, this time packed out with more people who love, listen to, play or make music b) at the end of our biggest Dialled In event thus far c) with my mum, best friends & family cheering me on d) with so much confidence that not only was I finding my sound but also enjoying myself (!), as well as jump on the mic for legend in the making @_lushlata_ is an unforgettable feeling!!!
