I AM YOU 🪞🐚✨ Every relationship you have is a divine & cosmic reflection of you. I designed the last slide last year when I was having a total dissolution of my edges, experiencing myself as everything for the first time in my day to day life. This experience is felt often in meditation or in plant medicine experiences, but it seems more elusive in our day to day. Last year when this phenomenon started happening in my kitchen on a Tuesday afternoon I knew something big was shifting. I could be walking past someone on the street and suddenly experience their vision through their eyes, being inside their body and looking at myself. I distinctly remember the first time this experience happened with an “inanimate” object and the with animals and plants. I kept proclaiming that I was ‘making love with life’. The undertone of this whole experience was realising the perspective of Oneness not only with but through and in everything. Divine Union. Zooming out of the personal avatar far enough to simmer into the universal ‘I AM’. The original design just didn’t feel like it held the potency of that experience or of the frequency of these words. Here are two new takes — which one resonates most deeply with you? My message for you today is one of RADICAL COMPASSION. Call in the ability to feel all perspectives as your own. Hold space for infinite experiences of reality as equally sacred, meaningful and divine. Take some extra time speaking to your neighbour (yourself) or helping a stranger with their (your) life. Go for a walk and place your hands on a tree until you can feel the pulse of the universe within it. You are not separate. We are all echoes of the same song. All fingers on the cosmic hand. I love you because I am you.
