Guinness Espresso Martini ☘️ INGREDIENTS: Espresso Martini: 2 oz vodka 2 oz espresso, cooled 3/4 oz coffee liqueur 1/2 oz Irish cream 1/2 oz simple syrup Guinness Cold Foam: 2 oz Guinness 2 oz heavy cream METHOD: Brew espresso, then set aside to cool. Add espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled. Add Guinness and heavy cream to a glass. Use an electric frother to whisk.
