DRINKS
* Mumbai Margarita: With a tropical blend of mango & tequila, this cocktail comes with Patrón Reposado Tequila, mango purée, lime, rose-chili syrup and a spiced salt rim.
* East India Gin & Tonic: A boujee iteration of a classic beverage, this one is made with Bombay Sapphire East Gin, St. Germain, Pavan liqueur, paan leaf and a homemade tonic.
STARTERS
* Smoked Masala Ribs: These charcoal smoked pork ribs are meant for the camera! The tender meat comes with a vindaloo spice rub and watermelon radish slices.
* Junoon Chaat: This cream yet tangy dish consists of dahi vada (lentils that are pulsed and soaked in tamarind water before being smoked), yogurt, saunth chutney (tamarind with ginger) and a mint cilantro chutney. The edible decor on top is a beet pappad.
MAINS
* Lasooni Palak: These might be the best veggies ever! A bed of puréed kale, mustard greens and parsnips is complimented by rainbow carrots, hing, garlic and ghee.
* Mushroom & Truffle Khichdi: Traditional khichdi is a comfort food made from boiled lentils and rice. Junoon mixes it up with bi-colored corn and sautéed black trumpet mushrooms. You can’t forget the shaved truffles and fermented mushroom powder with 2% salt, garlic and black pepper.
* Paneer Pasanda: This sweet and savory cranberry, cashew & khoya stuffed paneer is plated on top of a mouthwatering walnut-tomato sauce.
* Malvani fish: This curried bass is made with byadgi chilli, triphal, kokum, ginger and coconut. All you have to do is mix the toppings together for some next-level flavor!
* Junoon spiced naan: Some doughy goodness stuffed with paneer and gruyère and topped with za’atar. A must!
DESSERT
* Cricket: This creative dessert has chikoo mousse, parle-g cake, guava sauce. You can’t forget the coconut “grass”!
* Ma's Rice Pudding: There’s nothing like mom’s food and Junoon knows just that! Each week Executive Chef @akshaycooks’ mother prepares this sweet treat. It takes 6 hours to make & has candied almonds, puffed rice and caramelized banana slices!
