For this photo I used a series of techniques including photo stacking for noise and focal blending. The foreground and sky were taken at two different times. The foreground was taken during blue hour to get a nighttime look, but allows for clarity in the picture whereas the sky is 30 photos that are stacked to reduce any noise and hot pixels from long exposure and high ISO."
