Many happy returns to this legend Gilbert Valverde It’s an honour to work alongside this guy, he is a gentleman, a true professional, he is respectful and loves his wife and kids. He works damn hard and it’s a true pleasure to have him as a part of our US team! Even with all the hustle and bustle of our lst trip to the US, he still reminded me to stop, take a look around and capture a moment. Our history working with this guy sure has some tales to tell, this guy packed up his entire family and made the move from Utah to Chicago for us. I felt sick at the time when we talked about the fact that working for us would mean uprooting his family and foundations. Gilbert believed in us and what we do and so he was (and is) committed to the life change. That sort of dedication to our brand kind of shook me, I know and see what we do on the daily but Gilbert helped remind me how much more @elleebana and @elleebanausa means to families and to people.
