Last weekend, @missneteenusa and I had the pleasure of working with @girlupne to collect menstrual products in hopes of alleviating the burden of period poverty that so many women face. I’m incredibly proud of the girls in this organization that raised $3,500 for the cause. Everyone deserves access to personal hygiene, and it’s time we eliminate the stigma surrounding periods so we may move forward to ensure that our women and girls are properly taken care of.
