💥 INSIDE FUN(K) - ONE YEAR 💥 Here we are. March 19th marked 1 year since starting Inside Fun(k) and it felt appropriate to end it at this point too. After the longest year we’ve ever lived through ever it was time to sunset the one thing that kept me showing up this year. When I started Inside Fun(k) I had no idea how long of a road it would be or how long we’d be traveling on it, even though a year in regular time is a blip of life. Here we are. I am beyond grateful to everyone who signed up to hear from me every Friday for a year and to those who tuned in & followed along. The jams had to keep on moving & grooving and I hope you found some joy in listening, dancing, shaking, zoning whatever ritual you found yourself in from week to week. As I’ve said, Inside Fun(k) kept me going for a year as I blasted music each week and found new rhythms in this strange time. Coincidentally tomorrow in NY the vaccine jabs open up to the biggest pool of people so far. Largely most of you reading this. OUTSIDE FUNK WILL PREVAIL REAL SOON!!! Wow everyone - it has been a journey. 100 different phases in an upside down world to becoming whoever we all are now. The last year has flung us all into different stratospheres. I can’t wait to reunite with you all at some point in time. I’ve struggled to find what “all this means” and “what I’ve learned” those are big questions! Here’s what I know: Take care of each other.
