Consciousness is only possible through change. Change is only possible through movement. As we move through life and experience all of its challenges and glory, may we be reminded of stillness and going back home into our bodies. Our bodies who hold us and guide us with wisdom, power and strength. Remembering this day with my angel @madelineclayton_ like it was yesterday, the first time I went home, deep in my body and started to learn and love me.
