Behold: postpartum bathroom care! One consistent tip I’ve received from my mom friends is how important it will be to also take care of ME! And a big part of that immediately postpartum will be physical care. Thanks to my friends for all the awesome recs for a vagina and perineum recovery/comfort cart which I’ve been advised will be essential after birth! I’ve gotta say I was pretty blown away (and thrilled) that some of these products even exist! I’m looking at you- pads that double as instant ice packs (aka padsicles!) 🙌🏾🙏🏾🤯😍.
