However when it comes to recruitment videos, is is all about intention first, then execution. We also learned that you will most likely have to choose or be disappointed with the results. It’s not checking off the box of “ok, I made a video”, like I thought beforez We have found that in order to receive the results we want, we execute based on one of two intentions.
