Took some much needed time off from social media and man did it feel good!! I have been able to focus on personal things I neglected during prep and dedicated a lot of time on rebuilding my website for @dynastytraining and have been undergoing treatment with @ginger_allure_medspa to fix my feet to be able to wear heels and train normal again🙌🏽 Switching gears can be hard but it’s necessary.
