Spent one hot week in June happily eating tinda masala @1tayyabs and mayonnaise slathered eggs at @cafe_deco_bloomsbury and crab noodles @kilnsoho in rapid succession. Last one a deep research cut: the nemesis I kept in my freezer the first winter I worked in a kitchen. Between January and April, I ate the whole thing in tiny, post-shift slivers.
