ALL ABOUT THAT CAKE 🍓🍋🍰 we’ve got a great menu for you this weekend and the bake tonight is absolutely STACKED with extras of all your fave pastries as well as our special items for Mother’s Day weekend! This cake features @janiesmill flour, housemade strawberry jam from the first local berries we’ve gotten this season, lemon curd and Italian meringue buttercream 🫠 the flour from Janie’s Mill is stone ground from organic, regionally grown wheat and it really brings another level of flavor to cakes. I’ve fallen in love with it after not being very interested in cake most of my life. I didn’t get it figured out early enough to be on the pre order menu but we’ve got about 40 slices available for you at the shop this weekend. Big shout out to Claire for slicing and garnishing them today and sending me pics to post while I skip town on my last weekend off for a while!
