There is nothing I love more than coming home to become the belle of the bowl, putting on a comfy sweater, and cosplaying Meg Ryan in a Nancy Meyers movie. 💥Okazu Chili Miso - I start my soup base with 2 cups of water and a heaping spoonful of the chili miso for a perfect, brothy base. 💥Matiz Piparras - While my broth is heating up, I slice a couple of these bad bois and throw them in the broth with a little bit of their brine. It brightens up the soup and gives it a little kick. 💥Udon Katakuriko - This is the perfect toothsome noodle to hold up to the spicy, umami rich broth. 💥Minnow Trout - The newest gem in the @minnowworld tinned fish lineup! After your broth comes to a boil and your noodles are cooked (separately), put your noodles in the bowl, place some of these wonderfully flaky fillets of trout on top and ladle your broth over it all, warming up the trout. 💥Finish your bowl with @cabifoods Umami Dashi Soy Sauce for a little more savory brightness and top with sliced scallions and a little grated raw ginger.
