Cooking is my love language 🦞🥩 Steak & Lobster with Miso Gravy Ingredients ✨ 2 10oz ribeye steaks ✨ Salt & pepper, to taste ✨ 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil ✨ 1 tablespoon butter ✨ 1 clove garlic For the Lobster ✨ 2 lobster tails ✨ Garlic salt, to taste ✨ Olive oil, for brushing ✨ 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ✨ 1 teaspoon paprika seasoning For the Miso Gravy ✨ 2 tablespoons butter ✨ 2 tablespoons miso paste ✨ 1⁄4 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon ✨ 1⁄4 cup heavy whipping cream ✨ 1⁄4 cup water Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rinse your lobster tail then cut down the top of the lobster shell with kitchen shears, stopping before the tail fin. Pull the shell apart, lift the meat, and rest it on top while keeping it attached at the base. Rinse and pat dry. 2. add lemon wedges to the bottom of lobster tail then Place on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic salt, and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes. 3. Season both sides of the ribeye with salt and pepper, then rub with olive oil. 4. Heat a stainless steel pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4 minutes on both sides 5. Remove steak and In the same pan, add butter, miso paste, Better Than Bouillon, heavy cream, and water. Stir until smooth and thickened, adding more water if needed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 6. Remove the lobster from the oven, top with butter and paprika, and bake for another 5 minutes. 7. Spoon the miso gravy over the lobster tails and serve alongside the steak. Enjoy! For the broccolini I just broiled it for 5 minutes then topped with olive oil, salt, lemon and Parmesan cheese #cookwithme #lobster #surfandturf #romanticdinner #inmykitchen
