Top with ginger beer and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon, rosemary, and a lemon wheel. *Pumpkin Shrub Combine 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of sugar, a zested orange, and 1 grated cinnamon stick a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Using a cheesecloth, strain the contents and separate the puree from the liquid. Then strain the liquid through a coffee filter.
