In 2022, Another Round Another Rally partnered with Radical Xchange @radicalxchange to provide access to mental healthcare for more than 200 Black hospitality workers in need. Available to Black employees in all industry roles, these grants were part of a growing movement to help normalize talking about mental health in hospitality – and an ongoing effort by Another Round Another Rally to make mental health resources within reach for all members of today’s hospitality community.
