I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you’re allowed to take a break from Instagram or any other social media platform if you need one for as long as you need to. ⠀ Rest is a human right, not something you have to work for in order to experience. These evolving digital streets will be around forever, but you won’t. Take care accordingly. ⠀ Though you may experience some discomfort during your absence, I can promise that you’ll hear from God, you’ll get clear about your own needs, wants and desires, you’ll sleep better and feel rested, and you’ll gain peace and begin to focus on other priorities and people that matter. ⠀ My theme for this year is Ease. ✨ ⠀ I look forward to continuing to operate in alignment and on assignment!
