Last Thursday I got to go to Lottie’s book launch in London. Love it when fellow bakers achieve a milestone such as baking book. Lottie worked incredibly hard on this book and stay true to herself with all the bakes. I know you guys will all love it. The recipes all look great and I can’t wait to give them a go. I also got to meet some incredible baking legends again and some for the first time. It was great to hang out with them all. Also met some MasterChef legends.
