👅🪲Print Release Fundraiser🪲👅 So pleased to finally release this gorgeous screenprinted edition into the wild, from a collaborative drawing @makoto.chi and I started together at @lupinewoodcollective and completed ~2,962 miles apart. All profits from this print will be used to help fund Lupinewood’s Letters for Release program, details below: • Letters for Release is a collectively-run solidarity project of Lupinewood that links volunteers with incarcerated queer and trans people, and coordinates emotional, financial and legal support. Twice a month supporters meet to share updates, make art, and write letters to their friends inside – and every month, L4R sends commissary to every person in the program, allowing them to buy food beyond the notoriously terrible prison rations. Sales from this print will guarantee that every person in the program gets $100 a month in commissary for all of 2023. Once we hit that target, extra funds from this print will let us create a program fund for legal costs, medical help, transportation after release, and emergencies! • Prints are 18x24”, archival inks on 280gsm velvety black ph neutral paper.
