TOMORROW ☄️🧚🏾‍♂️ In collaboration with @goodmoveny we come together this Saturday, April 30th (6:00-7:30), in a monthly ceremony to explore the depths of our Inner World to create space for healing and growth in our Outer World. This session of CEREMONY, SPRING AWAKENING: A Celebration of Personal Vitality, focuses on the renewal of our human spirit, mind and body as we awaken that which has dormant. CEREMONY OF YOU is centered on grounding our energy, releasing tensions from the body, and creating an abundance of space to allow our spirits to run free. This month's ceremony will be co- led myself and @vailrobert Class begins with a centering breath practice, paired with deep release work, focused on creating space to navigate the landscapes inside our bodies. Through that exploration we dive into guided movement that ushers us into the expansiveness of uninhibited, free movement, navigating the extremes of the body in motion. We conclude our ceremony with a closing guided meditation followed by an art therapy practice of flower making and an affirmation ritual.
