Most people are familiar with what a depressive episode looks like, but few are familiar with mania or hypomania. After years of confusion and frustration with my mental health, I was diagnosed with Bipolar II at 19. These clips were taken over the course of a few years at some of my highest (and lowest) points. Thanks to intensive therapy, medication, and an amazing support system I’ve been relatively stable for over a year and I am so proud to be where I am today.
