All smiles because we survived some 2 mile efforts this afternoon! 🥵😸 Felt good to get back to work.. 👷‍♂️🚧 Every rep was within a few seconds of each other which I'm pretty happy with! I like the feeling of clicking into a metronomic pace - even when the altitude starts to bite. 😵 One session down.
