St. Patrick’s Lemon Drop ☘️ INGREDIENTS: 2 oz vodka 3/4 oz cucumber juice 1 oz lemon juice 3/4 oz simple syrup METHOD: Dip the rim of your glass in simple syrup, then firmly press onto a plate with sugar. Place glass in the freezer to set. Add vodka, cucumber juice, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled. Strain into your prepped glass.
