One of my favorite Systema moves is to knock someone off balance and have them suspended in mid-air. The attacker has no idea what to do because he’s off balance but also stable as I apply a slight pressure to control his movement. As you can see it’s effortless with a single finger, once he understood the concept he was able to remove himself from that situation. Fear is OUR enemy, it’s killed more people than the fake, never isolate virus many people still believe that’s plaguing us. It’s fear that lower your immune defense almost instantly - being scare is simply because you have no faith. No faith in your God given ability to fight of disease - the media as all of us knows wants to keep us in the state of fear so they can easily control us just like in this video. Once we are armed with knowledge and the power of our God given rights and abilities we can escape the non-sense brainwashing.
