Sundays become your Saturdays, and suddenly, you find yourself attending a concert at 12:30 am on a Monday (sunday night?). So your pregame becomes eating a bowl of miscellaneous briny bites, reading a yummy cookbook @fourhorsemenbk, and sipping on a briny, peppery, vinegary Salad Dressing Martini. Here's how you make it: 3 oz. gin (my all-time favorite is @letherbee), 1/2 oz. dry vermouth (to all the dry vermouth in martini haters, I stand with you, but this is a must in this one), 3/4 oz. olive brine, 1/4 oz. vinegar (I used @tartvinegar Perilla Vinegar for a bit of anise-y flavor but white wine, champagne, or apple cider vins would be just as yummy), a few cracks of black pepper, optional but heavily recommended 3-6 dashes spicy bitters like @scrappysbitters Fire Tincture if ya like it hot. Shake it all up with ice (shamelessly "bruise" it if you're like me). Strain, top with a modest drizzle of evoo, and you'll soon be ready to attend a concert that's way past your bedtime.
