There has never been an artist who regretted being an artist, no matter how challenging it can be. How come, you may ask? You are a lifelong spiritual practitioner when you are an artist. It makes you to be honest with yourself and find those treasures that may be hidden by cultural programming, traumas that have not been healed, and ancestor's legacy... I believe making art is the best way to discover yourself. If you lie to yourself - if you betray yourself - it will tell you. Each and every day. You will suffer because of it. Your finances will suffer - sometimes because you will betray yourself, other times because you will stay true to yourself. Most people won't care what you do - and only a few will value it. But the way Bob Marley defines it, your life will be mega rich. Even though the journey may be turbulent and wild, the inner knowing is bringing a sense of peace: we are here to evolve our consciousness - if we choose to follow our dharma.
