Of all the projects I took on this year, this one filled me up the most—and it was because of the people. I genuinely looked forward to walking into that office every single day. We pulled all-nighters, hit impossible deadlines, and somehow had the best time doing it thanks to an incredible team and the most determined contractors. This project made me realize my love for commercial design runs even deeper than residential. It reminded me how satisfying it is to work overtime when you’re solving something meaningful.
