I have learned so much this past year from my amazing community and this year we have 12 months of new programming for you, new exercises, new 6-week challenges and new recipes! You can join using my link tree up in my bio, or directly from my website: Www.trainwithjoanofficial.com - This is a sample training day that can be done at home with dumbbells and a bench ❤️ The whole session should take under 50 minutes, get your heart rate going, and really challenge your muscles. Each week try to add more weight, or perhaps do more reps. This is called “progressive overload” and ensures you don’t stagnate in your progress. For the last several years I have not been dieting, I’ve been maintaining my weight at higher calories. BUT by training hard like this I’ve been able to slowly add muscle and lose more body fat even though I’m in my seventies. I’ve done all this completely naturally. I don’t even take HRT (not that there is anything wrong with that, but I haven’t needed to do that to get my results). If I can do it, YOU can do it! Thank you @womensbestwear for these bright new colors. It gives me a little pep into my workouts these days 💜💜
