I was an in an interview last week when the reporter asked about how I approach my relationship with God and business. This very question is something I have spent YEARS thinking about. When I ask God the question of how to both follow Him and desire to work hard - He always whispers ’steward and love’ back. I can’t say I’m perfect at this but over the years I’ve prayed for God to give me a more gracious and loving heart. As Divi grows , stewardship remains a huge responsibility. In a way it is even harder than serving 1.3M people. At the grassroots of any company are people. Employees, customers, PEOPLE. The responsibility to steward resources to love people best is a challenge but the most important challenge ever. Yesterday we had the opportunity to bless 4 deserving women with wigs. I felt so blessed and humbled to be a part of their stories. I will continue to pray and ask God to keep my heart in the right place. One day when we stand before the Lord, that’s all that will matter anyway.
