If there’s one thing that has become crystal clear as of late, it’s this ... female athletes are resilient beyond measure. We have been ignored, silenced, abused, detained (#wearebg), threatened and undervalued for far too long.... And still performed at extraordinarily high levels. Imagine what we could accomplish in environments that are healthy, empowering, and professional. Environments where we can simply focus on our craft and becoming better athletes and people. Environments where our resiliency is tested on the pitch, not in our everyday lives. Environments where we don’t have to imagine these things.
