Shamrock-arita ☘️ St. Paddy’s Day can be tough for people who don’t like whiskey or beer, so I’m updating my Shamrock-arita to not include the whiskey. Of course if that’s your thing, go ahead and add 1 oz! I normally use freshly squeezed orange juice, but I opted for bottled OJ here simply for the color! I used a smaller amount of agave (1/4 oz) because I wanted the flavor but not too much additional sweetness. INGREDIENTS: 2 oz tequila 1 oz orange juice 3/4 oz lime juice 1/4 oz blue curaçao 1/4 oz agave syrup Optional: green edible glitter METHOD: Brush the side of your glass with agave, then roll onto a plate with salt and green edible glitter. Place glass in the freezer to set. Add tequila, orange juice, lime juice, blue curaçao and agave to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
