Wow, I didn’t realise I could respond to comments on my posts with a reel so here’s me answering this! These are drinks dispensers from @kmartaus and I basically eyeballed everything and just tasted it before serving making sure it was stronger than usual because you have to account for the punch diluting down as the ice melts. Watermelon, gin, lime and mint punch I blitzed about 2kg worth of watermelon in a blender and then strained it in a juice but you could also buy ready made watermelon juice if you’re short on time. Then I poured in about a whole bottle of gin- 750ml. Cut up two limes into slices and tore a few sprigs of mint. Added heaps of ice and stirred it down to dilute and chill. Tasted and served! Mango, vodka, passionfruit, rockmelon punch I blitz 2 cups worth of frozen mango into a purée but you could also buy mango juice if short on time. Added a whole bottle of vodka, I used a vanilla vodka but any will do, I was just using up random half drunk vodkas from my bar cart. I added the pulp of two passionfruits, you could also used canned passionfruit pulp. I blitz half a rockmelon, but was just using up leftover fruit in my fridge so count this as optional. Then I sliced up about 2 oranges. Threw in a heap of ice, stirred down to chill, tasted and then served! You could also add in simple/sugar syrup but I don’t think you need it because the fruit juices should make it sweet enough!
