Hello, hello from Healdsburg, Sonoma County— my 1st time here! ☀️☀️☀️ I’m here for J Vineyards & Winery’s (@jwinery) “Shifting The Lens,” a 3-part chefs-in-residence dinner series, created with the goal of helping pave the way for equitable conversation and representation in the food and wine industry. 🍇🍷 *Did you know that it was Chinese immigrants that literally built California’s wine industry? They made up 80% of the workforce that first put Sonoma vineyards on the map. Unfortunately, their voices aren’t heard when we talk about the history of wine country today.
