Tonight’s dinner: Shepherds Pie. This one is made with ground lamb @thomasfarms_au and the usual veggie suspects. The mashed potatoes are buttery and dairy milk-free and still oh, so delicious. Running the tines of a fork through the mash creates all of the browned, crispy ridges you see.
