『長月の試飲会』 〜三大玉露を愉しむ〜 櫻井焙茶研究所では、月に一度、試飲会と題したセミナーを開催しております。 9月は玉露をテーマに、品種や産地の異なる玉露の飲み比べをはじめとし、玉露の焙じ茶や、フレッシュな葡萄と合わせた玉露のブレンドなどを愉しんでいただきました。 ご参加いただいた皆様、誠に有難うございました。 10月は、茶の品種をテーマに開催いたします。 “これからの日本茶の愉しみ方”のヒントがここに隠れています。 Tea Learning and Tasting Event September’s Theme: “Gyokuro” We are monthly hosting a tea tasting event at Sakurai Japanese Tea Experience Shop. In September, we enjoyed a comparison of Gyokuro of different cultivars and regions, as well as roasted Gyokuro and seasonal blended one with flesh grapes. Thank you for your participation.
