Working out during pregnancy ‼️ I get so many questions on this. And the truth is, everyone’s body & experience is so different during pregnancy. For me, movement has kept me so grounded & mentally the best place. Some days I run, some days I lift, some days I get in 10k + steps, & some days my body needs to rest and I don’t do any of those things.
