That was a epic production. After runway lock outs, online pivoting and navigating the cycles of postpone culture, the @melbfashionfestival came through with week of positivity, inclusivity, and stunningness. The festival pinnacle being a spectacular closing parade of the highest order. Very grateful to soundtrack the runways in collaboration stupendous super stunning stylist, creative director and brother @davidnormanbonney. Seeing logical family ascend to the dizzying heights was a marvellous energy. So beautiful to see model @mikeeenguyen storm the runway as butch king and femme queen. Plus to witness his family @_houseofdevine_ bring the community feels and deep queer culture by voguing down and turning out the @mcourtarenawith the full spectrum LGBTIQA rainbow family, bringing the queerness in full effect. Revenge is best served with joyfulness Made magic with @apaulmac in a collaboration with the truly magnificent superstar @verabluemusic with a stunning reimagining of a deep cut of @madonna “What it Feels Like For a Girl” trust it’s a gay manthem. Also grateful for all the music makers that burst out of the speakers from @electricfields_music , @haaihaaihaai. @shaunjwright, @alinkatwirl. @thepresets, @midland, @0800shygirl Lovely to see the magic designs of friends @__youkhana__ @romancewasborn @alixhiggins, @danielavakian creations turn out the stunning looks, making this planet look way more beautiful.
