Everyone loves our pretty pastries but sourdough bread still has my heart 💕 it’s what I personally make these days, it’s what I eat the most of every week and it’s where I’m most inspired to grow our menu. Our sourdough loaves are all made from 100% organic flour, the majority of which is grown and milled in Illinois by @janiesmill 🌾 the flavor their flour brings to the loaves is next level. We also carry bags of their flour in the bakery so you can bake with it at home! We will be restocking our shelves next Thursday with a fresh delivery. I’ll have lots of bread this weekend in the bakery and on Sunday @hydeparkfarmersmarket 🌞
