Lucky Charms Espresso Martini 🌈 INGREDIENTS: Cereal Milk: 1 cup milk (I used whole milk) 1/2 cup Lucky Charms cereal - no marshmallows Cocktail: 2 oz espresso, cooled 2 oz vodka 3/4 oz coffee liqueur 3/4 oz cereal milk 1/2 oz simple syrup METHOD: Add milk and cereal to a jar. Give it a stir, then place in the fridge. I let mine sit for about 90 minutes. Strain when you’re ready to use. Brew your espresso and set aside to cool. Brush the side of your glass with frosting, then gently place the marshmallows on top. Place glass in the freezer to set. Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, cereal milk and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled. Strain your drink into your prepped glass.
