Are you an overnight oats lover? These are my #sweetsatuurday overnight bircher oats. My breakfast meal prep recipe that I make the night before in these great little glass jars lined up on my kitchen bench. I make 3 or 4 at a time for a quick and healthy breakfast on the run. It fills us up and keeps us going until lunchtime. Easy toppings I add... trial mix, chocolate or both! Overnight apple and cinnamon oats. Cook time: NA mins Prep time: 5 mins + overnight Serves: 1 Ingredients. 1/2 cup of rolled oats 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 3/4 plant-based milk 1 small apple - grated (approx. 60g grated apple) Top with: melted chocolate trail mix Method. 1. In a glass jar with a lid add oats, cinnamon, milk and grated apple. Stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight. 2. Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes or top trail mix for the Bircher style oats.
