While we don’t share recipes on here very often, I had to share with you my favorite recipe with the very best...& tastiest!!...ingredients, guaranteed to boost your immune system & make your tastebuds do a little happy dance 💃
Enter...the Honey Lime Rainbow Fruit Salad (sounds dreamy, doesn’t it?) 💛💗💚❤️
This recipe is jam-packed with Vitamin C super-foods & it tastes even better than it looks! Keep reading for the recipe & let us know what you think if you try it out!
✍️ Chop up 1lb fresh strawberries, 1lb fresh pineapple & 4 kiwis.
✍️ Gather 12oz fresh blueberries, 12oz red grapes, 3 mandarin oranges & slice 2 bananas.
✍️ In a large bowl, add all fruit together.
✍️ For the dressing, mix 1/4 cup honey, 2 TSP lime zest and 1 1/2 TBSP of fresh lime juice.
✍️ Once the dressing is whisked, pour over fruit, toss to combine & ENJOY!
