2022, you were a year filled with so many accomplishments, but with that came so many hardships. I pushed myself like I’ve never done before & feeling my body shut down like I’ve never felt before. I learned the importance of slowing down, the hard way... and as I wrap up this year, and I get to look back at the journey this year has given me, I’m grateful for every moment, even the darkest times.
