You guys!!!! How cool is this 7 week progress!!
I wore this swimsuit 7 weeks ago to a friends birthday. I was towards the peak of my build phase, and remember feeling THICCCC *thick thighs she a baddd one* must take a pic because I will want this comparison later☝🏽
This weekend I wore it to my friends bachelorette and when I got ready I could see it definitely looked different and had a flash back to the older pics and tried to re-create them!
There’s about a 7lb difference between these photos AND 4% change in body fat. HOWEVER what I’m really proud of so far with this cut is that...I’ve been able to maintain most of the additional muscle I created during the build phase!!
I can totally see my waist coming in, and the shape of my muscles coming out and it’s so exciting!
If you’re in a weightloss phase I can’t stress enough the importance of;
💕protein
💕tracking your workouts so each week you can try to maintain the same level of intensity (or more) to maintain as much muscle as possible
💕timing out your meals; I prefer to have the majority of mine later in the day. I know each day I eat basically at 11, 2, 4, 7, & 9 and that way I rarely stress out and go off plan
💕NEAT (non- exercise activity thermogenesis) - basically staying active throughout the day, (did you know only FOUR PERCENT of the calories we burn in the day come from our workout?!) It’s incredible how much just walking can impact your physique
So excited to see what changes appear over these next 9 weeks!
