Had the most amazing luxury wellness weekend @dripsaunaplunge in Morristown, NJ! They offer one-of-a-kind infrared sauna treatments and DRY cold plunges in the first and only cryo dry float therapy bed on the market. When I initially heard that I could watch Netflix for 30 minutes while also lowering my cortisol levels, reducing inflammation, and releasing toxins from my body in their smart sunlight infrared sauna, I couldn’t wait to make my appointment! After my sauna treatment, it was time for the cold plunge, which was one of the coolest wellness therapies I’ve tried. Imagine laying in a water bed membrane that literally inflates and surrounds you with cold water without the haste of getting wet! I did the 3 minute cold plunge, which is known to help improve sleep, reduce stress, and increase parasympathetic recovery by helping the body relax deeply. I felt so rejuvenated after leaving and I know this routine is gonna to become a staple in my wellness journey.
