We've changed up our cupcake recipe! We're always looking for ways to improve and evolve our recipes as we find new ingredients to play with. We were given a sample bag of gluten-free Caputo flour from Italy and were blown away by the results. The texture and neutral vanilla and chocolate flavors we were able to achieve is typically very difficult with GF flours that have a lot of their own personalities. We reworked our frostings only slightly to make them a bit more kid friendly as our cupcake customers tend to be small and enthusiastic about sprinkles! We have Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry cupcakes every day in the bakery and cafe. Try one and let us know what you think!
