I believe everything is energy because of who my dad was. He was someone you could feel when he was in the room. His smile shined light, his heart radiated warmth, his laugh was contagious, his giving was inspiring and his love brought calmness and peace. Losing him is when I started noticing energies more— when a negative person walks in the room, you physically can feel their energy being heavy. It made me realize why I loved being in his presence so much but I didn’t realize until he was gone. I miss him as my father, I miss him as one of our best friends but mostly, I miss the energy he brought everywhere he went. I miss the light, love, inspiration, laughter & pure joy he brought with him because it was simply the energy he was made of. You can feel him in this photo. You can see the energy radiating from a 4x6 print. You can understand what I mean when I say— I will never stop missing him and focusing my energy on positivity because I know how impactful our energy can be.
