So I found some canned pears in the cupboard. Thought I would make this pear, chocolate and hazelnut pavlova. Just whipped up a simple french meringue, topped it with some Chantelle cream, sliced canned pears, crushed roasted hazelnuts and drizzled over some melted dark chocolate. If you don’t like pears you can use what ever canned fruit. You can replace the chocolate with a curd or even a coulis.
